If you need further assistance, please email us at Hello@IvyEllerby.com and give detailed explanation as to what you need assistance in you appointments. Make sure and put APPOINTMENT REQUEST in the subject line. If you forgot your password or did not create one, click Forgot Password and a link to create one will be emailed to you. This may take up to 5 minutes to recieve.
