INTENSIVE MINDFULNESS TRAINING SESSION

FOR SPORTS TEAMS

(12-Week Session)

Only the most dedicated athletes commit to achieving their peak performance.  I will teach athletes the tools that can help them adapt and even thrive in the face of adversity, trauma, or significant sources of stress. Building resilience and greater levels of courage not only helps an athlete get through difficult circumstances on the court or field, but it empowers you to grow and improve your life in future endeavors. This program is designed to transform any sports team by teaching players how to find their quiet place among all the chatter going on around them. This place of peace is always accessible and I will teach the team how to go there any time they need calm.

Athletes will be able to see the whole picture and slow down in order to make better choices. More importantly players will learn:

  • The awareness of NOW and being present so that what is happening now can be a teacher for the future
  • How to shift from survival mode to growth mode
  • Create a mindset to change the things you can and accept the things you cannot
  • To give a voice to your authentic self
  • To open their heart and mind beyond limit
  • The courage to seek and speak your own truth
  • How to be selfish so you can be more selfless to others
