One-on-One mindfulness training and coaching is for beginners as well as people with mindfulness and meditation experience. We will customize your training and coaching to suit what is most important to you. You are free to come to each session with questions or areas for exploration or you can ask for the session to be more directive and suggest areas for exploration.
